Maple Nord Energy has carried out comprehensive diagnostics and repair of the Allison Transmission automatic gearbox, including both electronic and hydromechanical components.
The scope of work included:
• Detailed diagnostics of the transmission using specialized equipment
• Identification of electronic and mechanical faults
• Repair and restoration of the TCM (Transmission Control Module)
• Restoration of electrical control circuits and sensors
• Inspection of hydraulic circuits and adjustment of operating parameters
• Final load testing of the transmission
